Civil and Commercial Cases
Our firm includes a cadre specialized in civil and legal cases as well as all cases branching out of civil law and legislation related to it. In fact, we seek, through the concerted efforts of the work team, to protect all civil and commercial rights of our clients in cases that fall under the umbrella of this law and legislation related to it, including cases related to contracts, whether claiming implementation, obligations in kind or compensation arising from non-implementation of contracts, contractual liability, lawsuits for avoiding contracts or lawsuits for invalidity of contracts in addition to lawsuits for compensation for tort liability, compensation for bodily damages and all other substantive lawsuits including a lawsuit for non-enforceability of disposition and a lawsuit for non-payment of the receivables in addition to commercial lawsuits including financial claims according to the account statement or according to checks or lawsuits resulting from commercial contracts. Yet, and on the occasion of these lawsuits, we represent our clients legally before the justice courts of all types, degrees and specialties, plead before them and submit all appeals related to the decisions issued by them in a professional manner to meet the expectations of our clients and preserve their rights in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Penal Cases
Within the staff of our firm, which has the advantages of specialization and professionalism, we represent our clients in all criminal cases that fall within the framework of the application of the Penal Law and other penal legislation, defending them and their personal as well as physical security or their security with their money and we represent them in all crimes of all kinds, whether personal crimes such as abuse or financial crimes such as theft, extortion, fraud and embezzlement in its ordinary or electronic form and in its many descriptions including felonies or misdemeanours in addition to violations of individuals or companies. In fact, we assume such representation whether our clients are complainants or defendants while our criminal discipline expands to cover the representation of our clients before all the regular or private criminal courts including the State Security Court, police courts, military courts, civil defense courts and other courts. Sharia Cases
Our firm has great experience in the field of family-related cases and Sharia cases. In fact, our firm staff translates its expertise in this field on the ground by searching for effective solutions to maintain family ties, preserve their entity, prevent family disputes from reaching the courts and maintain family as well as family bonds. Yet, and at the same time, the work team seeks, in the event of disputes reaching the Sharia courts, with its experience in this field, to represent our clients before the Sharia courts at the highest level in all kinds of Sharia cases including cases related to judicial separation, divorce, separation against waiver or cases related to personal alimony or expenses for education or otherwise of cases related to deeds for alienation including their annulment in addition to our undertaking all transactions that are submitted before the Sharia courts including transactions for inheritance determination, alienation from inheritance shares and all legal transactions of all kinds.
Intellectual Property
Our firm has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property for which the firm staff, since the start of the work process, has endeavored to ensure and guarantee the protection of the intellectual property rights of our clients. In fact, we secure for our clients the protection of these rights by going through all procedures for registering everything related to the intellectual production of our clients in the competent departments, including copyright, industrial and commercial property rights in addition to trademarks and trade names, whether the procedure is within the territory of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan or abroad in addition to registration procedures. Further, our firm always undertakes the task of registering all civil lawsuits and criminal cases against anyone who infringes on private intellectual property rights of our clients to stop the infringement and claim compensation.
Drafting Contracts

Yet, and in addition to the initial drafting, our firm ensures the inclusion of any amendments to the contracts of our clients within a written documentation framework by reviewing the contracts and the insertion of any amendments to the contracts through the written appendices signed by the parties.
